- Pricing and Delivery Locations :
All prices are in Indian Rupees and the products are delivered in the respective cities as selected by the customer.
- Delivery Schedule :
The normal delivery time of the product ordered is between 9:00 am to 08:00 pm on all days except for Sundays and holidays.
For the items delivered by courier/speed post/registered post, their respective policies apply.
Delicious Kart reserves the right to charge the order if the recipient rejects the order for any reason.
- Liability and Loss :
Delicious Kart will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or delay to the consignment or consequential damage caused due to incorrect address, any act of God, accidents, natural calamities, war, riots, commotion, strikes, local/political disruptions, air/rail/road disruptions, or any other cause beyond our control. No claims for loss, damage, or delay will be entertained in such events.
Delivery Timeliness :
Delicious Kart shall try its best for prompt delivery. The expected time for domestic deliveries is 4-6 working days from the time it is shipped, depending on the location.
Delayed or early delivery for any reason shall not entitle the customer to any damages or compensation.
Mis-delivery :
In spite of full caution taken at the time of delivery, Delicious Kart will not be responsible for a mis-delivery if the receiver at the address misappropriates, damages, or fails to hand over the product to the person named on the order form.
Product Warranties :
The products/services provided on this site are without warranties of any kind. Delicious Kart does not warrant that the products/services will be exactly similar, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

If ordered products are unavailable in the selected city/town, they will be replaced with available products of equal or higher value.
Order Changes and Cancellations :

Product Substitution :
Delicious Kart will deliver the exact products displayed on its web pages and from the same sources indicated. However, in certain unavoidable circumstances due to non-availability of products from indicated sources, it reserves the right to change the source and deliver a similar kind of product. If a similar product is not available, Delicious Kart will inform the sender to change the order or wait until it becomes available.
Delicious Kart reserves the right to change perishable gift items to less perishable ones if the former is expected to spoil before delivery, without prior permission from the sender.
Pricing Discrepancies :
Product prices shown on the website might be more than the MRP printed on the product packaging due to handling, shipment, packaging charges, and taxes. By accepting these terms and conditions, customers agree to pay the price mentioned on the website or invoice. No complaints in any court of law will be entertained regarding price discrepancies after the order is placed.
Price Changes :
Delicious Kart will not charge more than the prices mentioned on its web pages but reserves the right to change prices anytime, without prior notice, and charge the sender accordingly.
Trademarks and Brands :
Delicious Kart does not claim ownership over the trademarks, brands, and company names used on this site, which are owned by their respective owners/companies.
Perishable Item Conditions :
Delicious Kart is not responsible for degradation in the condition of perishable items due to late delivery.
Product Quality :
While Delicious Kart ensures delivery of the best quality products from known sources, it is not responsible if the product quality does not match the recipient’s expectations.
Acknowledgement and Delivery Proof :
Delicious Kart reserves the right to withhold delivery if proper acknowledgment (signature, company seal, date, and time of delivery) is refused by the consignee. Delicious Kart will not be responsible for any loss due to non-delivery.
The customer must provide a full address with a pin code and telephone number for all consignments. Delicious Kart will not deliver to post-box addresses and will not provide proof of delivery for consignments to governmental or semi-governmental offices.
Records and Proof of Delivery :
Delicious Kart holds the right to destroy all records of delivery after 90 days of booking.
Proof of deliveries will be provided as a soft copy by the logistics company. Non-provision of proof will not be a pre-condition for payment.
Third-Party Claims :
Customers agree not to permit any other person with an interest in the consignment to bring claims against Delicious Kart. If such a claim is made, customers will indemnify Delicious Kart against the consequences and costs incurred.
Communication of Terms :
If the recipient or user of the order is different from the person who placed the order, it is the responsibility of the person who placed the order to communicate all terms and conditions to the recipient/user.
Transaction Authorization :
Delicious Kart shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the decline of authorization for any transaction due to the cardholder exceeding the preset limit agreed with our acquiring bank.
