How to cancel your order
- Log in to your DK account.
- Go to the "Place Orders" section in your account dashboard.
- Click "Cancel Order" next to the order (available only within 1 day of placing it).

How will I be refunded?
Your payment is refunded after deducting applicable payment gateway charges, within 7 business days of the cancellation request.
Why is there a 1-day limit?
Most of our products are time-sensitive and/or perishable, so orders enter the preparation stage after the window closes.
Can I cancel after dispatch or delivery?
No. We do not accept cancellation requests for orders that have already been dispatched or delivered.
What if the Cancel button has disappeared?
The cancellation option is disabled automatically once the 1-day window has passed.
